  8.  BitmapShades is a software solution that eliminates the problem of flicke-
  9.  ring stripes on DblPal or Multiscan screens of A1200 computers by darkening
  10.  all the bright colors.
  11.  It's an improvement of the program "Color Correct" by Frédéric Calendini.

  14. _Usage______________________________________________________________________
  15.  
  16.  Bitmapshades starts either from CLI or Workbench.
  17.  There are no Parameters needed.
  18.  Use short key to hide/popup window and window-close button to quit program.

  21. _Prefs______________________________________________________________________

  23.  You can keep a prefs file "BitmapShades.prefs" in the program directory
  24.  or in S:.
  25.  Edit the prefs file to choose a prefered level of brightness,
  26.  window-position, activation of the shades, window popup at launch and
  27.  short key for popup.
  28.  The respective entries should look like this:

  30.  "Level  = 250" - values between zero and 255
  31.  "XPos   = -1"  - values greater or equal zero (if not: centered)
  32.  "YPos   = -1"  - values greater or equal zero (if not: centered)
  33.  "Active = Yes" - choice of "Yes" or "No"
  34.  "Popup  = Yes" - choice of "Yes" or "No"
  35.  "Popkey = b"   - can be one from "a" to "z"
