_About______________________________________________________________________
BitmapShades is a software solution that eliminates the problem of flicke-

all the bright colors.
It's an improvement of the program "Color Correct" by Frédéric Calendini.

There are no Parameters needed.
Use short key to hide/popup window and window-close button to quit program.
_Prefs______________________________________________________________________
You can keep a prefs file "BitmapShades.prefs" in the program directory
or in S:.
Edit the prefs file to choose a prefered level of brightness,
window-position, activation of the shades, window popup at launch and
short key for popup.
The respective entries should look like this:
"Level = 250" - values between zero and 255
"XPos = -1" - values greater or equal zero (if not: centered)
"YPos = -1" - values greater or equal zero (if not: centered)
"Active = Yes" - choice of "Yes" or "No"
"Popup = Yes" - choice of "Yes" or "No"
"Popkey = b" - can be one from "a" to "z"
The Example represents the default settings of the program.
